Has anyone ever done things to train their inner ear as to be comfortable in multiple orientations in space? A couple things I've looked into mention it as a benefit and I'm wondering if it's legitimate. One is inversion, hanging upside down in boots or what not, and another are those giant human gyroscope things. They're all rather expensive, though professional pilots can probably afford it so I'm wondering if anyone does this and thinks there are bonuses, like would it make you more comfortable if your plane spins out?
