Miami hotels near simcenter / alteon

Anyone have recommendations for accommodation near simcenter / alteon in Miami?

Looking for something for about 25 days and don't want to spend more than sixty bucks a night.

There are a few in that price range, Comfort Inn, Sleep Inn, etc. However go through SimCenter or else it will cost 3 times as much. They are all $60 USD pere night, tax included. They are comfortable and have desks for study as well as transfers to Alteon.
