The time has come for all the QF engineers to stand up to management and stop them from destroying this professional business that has evolved from the early 1900s. How dare they destroy the backbone of the airline and all the professional people out here that have held this airline together for so long? Do they realise what they are doing? Will it only take time before they wake up or will it all come to an end? GD, DC, MH the time has come where Engineering are going to go all the way, do not mess with us, it is in your interest that without engineering QF will die.

This is Qantas's "cunning plan that can never fail".
The idea is to effectively reduce Engineerings ability to do their job and fill them with promises and grand plans about improvements that will "win the day".
Then they go about reducing pay and conditions claiming that "to move forward" and "compete effectively with competitors" it is necessary and imperative that employees agree to such.
The equation does not include what should be fair pay and conditions because bonuses of obscene amounts paid to GD and his band of thieves for just "doing their job" has to come from somewhere. :*:ugh:
