what do they tell you about expected time to command at the interview?
I just don't see this happening before around 15 years, and that is even optimistic. Anybody did ask them ? what do they say ??

thanks

I did not ask. What can you use this prediction for anyway? No company can guarantee you anything, as there are so many variables in this equation. We were talking UFO and freighter, and there are still some items that need adjustment. You can still choose a freighter only option at some stage, but your commanders pay will be the old freighter scale. Also, it will not be a shortcut to passenger command, which I think is fair.

Having 48 aircraft on order (with others to be sold, of course), there still has to be moved some FOs up anyway. And who knows how many will elect to stay until 65?

Prediction is difficult, especially with regard to the future

Recent interviewee.
Was told management expects RA65 will increase time to captaincy by 1 year. Yes.....1 year. I believe previously it was 8-10yrs, so they expect 9-11years.
Please don't shoot the messenger.
