Can someone shed some light on what exactly the end of service benefit constitutes. Also, what is the probability of the new rumored raise?

No worries guys

The rumor has it also that 20 are leaving as from December.....

Kingfisher Jetairways and Korean Airlines .....

Just have a look at their deals compared to EY and you will get it

Once again in December minimum rest in AUH and in layovers for peanuts.....let's get out of here

Apparently the payrise isnt Etihad sponsored. It comes from the Govt increasing its salaries so EY gets a small benefit.....
But not because EY has its act together.

SNAM,

check out the UAE labor law and end of service benefits

It is all we get at Etihad and we only get it because it is the law!

EK give a provident fund because they have a more rounded package!!!

Why EY does not have such a benefit is the million dollar question.

EY will not get a raise just like the last raise 2 years ago of 25% because at times like this we are not a government company, although we are the National airline :ugh:
