Just a quick message to say thanks to the purser on this flight on Friday past, who arranged for myself to have a quick word with the captain (a Mr S Squid!!) on arrival @ BFS.
If anyone knows this guy, please pass on my thanks - it was greatly appreciated!

Well, Patsy, I won't pass on your comments to the lady, because she probably won't like being described as a guy, even if she had a blokes name (Tony!) ;)
Hope you enjoyed the flight, and I hope to be in the position of carrying you out of Belfast in the long-term future, on a British Airways flight. The people I really feel for are our long-term ground staff, and the BEL-based Cabin Crew... soon to be out of a job and with no word of any re-deployment yet.
Good luck with the training, mate. Sorry to have to be the bearer of bad tidings, but as I always say, those who really believe, achieve. You'll find a way... see you at the Gatbash in the meantime.
