Is it just me, or has the Swiss Airlines website been unuseable for a week now. Really useful for anyone trying to book flights for the imminent ski season!

Well, with my IT skills I would normally agree with you but Swissport tell me that they have been having problems for some time. Whether you get through or not is luck of the draw, so keep trying. May depend upon which service provider you use.

Are you talking about Swiss Airlines or Swissport?, two completely different companies. However both work fine for me.

Swissport run the ticket desk that you have to go to when you can't get your flights over the Swiss Airlines website.
Yes, it works always for some people, never for others and some of the time for the rest of us. That's why they are having problems.
