X-Crew

Spanish airline Iberia has a mini hub in Miami from where it operates some Central American destinations with a fleet of 4 A319´s.
Question: Does anybody know if IB hires american f/a´s to work on those flts or do they fly with spanish cabin crew which has been positioned in MIA for a few months.
What I am sure is that it is not the crew flying from Madrid to Miami the one that continues working the A319 leg because Iberia´s policy is to have their cabin crew assigned just to one aircraft type so that if they work on the B747 fleet they can´t work on any other aircraft type unless removed before from the prevous fleet and trained on the new aircraft the will be flying.
It is just curiosity but i really appreciate any insight!
