Thanks virgindriver.
I have added aircraft to my ignore list.

I never see any of his silly posts anymore so his stirring has no effect. That right folks, just follow this link (http://www.pprune.org/forums/profile.php?do=editlist) to your Buddy/Ignore list (or go to your User CP ), add the offending user to the ignore list and you never have to put up with this crap again.
Bit hard to be a shrill in a vacuum.

Glad I could be of service!

I could never work out why you guys put up with some of these posters for so long....

Much less stress without seeing their posts- especially after a couple beers.

You must admit, Aircraft has certainly got the discussion going...

Dear Aircraft,

Even though your arguments are often illogical, irrelevant, irritatingly naive and idiotic, it's good to have a different opinion to really get the issues on the table.

Nice one Aircraft, for that, we thank you. :)

In an ideal world and in the interests of free speech, everyone would probably support aircraft's right to say what he/she liked on the traditional grounds put forward by Voltaire.

However, I'm sorry to have to tell you this aircraft but I think that the posters above (and now below) are trying to tell you that it's not an ideal world.

I bow to virgindriver on this one :)
It even works retrospectively, which reminded me of a great Gough Whitlam one liner:

During the 1970’s Labour election campaign, a heckler cries out “And what will you do about the law on abortion Gough?”
Mr Whitlam replies “In your case we’ll make it retrospective.” So too for aircraft...

SIUYA, it IS a free world....so free in fact that we can ignore everything that aircraft says. He's not being censored by the moderators, he's not being banned. Everyone with half a brain is just choosing to not pay attention. You can't get much more freedom than that! :ok: :E

It won't work. Out of curiosity you will turn off the ignore occasionally "just to take a sneak peak" at what I have posted.

You just did it then! See what I mean?

Some people just don't understand. The guy has more front than Meyers in Bourke Street.

SIUYA, you may be right but I can't tell.....all I get for post 15 is:

This message is hidden because aircraft is on your ignore list.

Happy days! :ok: :}
