Frozen ATPL (Theory) certificate date... any ideas?

Any ideas what this refers to in regards to filling in an application form,

'Frozen ATPL (Theory) certificate date:___________' ???

I've never had any theory certificate date on any of my licences.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Im from Spain but i think will be the same to you in UK,i had to ask the Spanish Aviation Authorities a official document where they put on record that you pass all the Frozen ATPL exams,the date,place,etc...

You receive a results sheet for each set of exams, so just put the date of the results sheet when you passed the last ATPL exam.

On that sheet it also list the date when the previoulsy sat papers were passed.

Yeah, I asked my head of training (ground school) and he confirmed its the last exam date passed.
