As CC Forum users sure noticed with a burst of joy and surprise, Xenia's name appears as a Forum moderator along with 6£'s.
Although we all had many occasions to appreciate Squiddie's moderated moderator's ways, I am glad that a REAL Flight Attendant joined the team. No offense Squiddie, but Xenia's much prettier in her fancy uniform and high heels, and what is more SHE shaves her legs! :)

I think that the clue to success is very simple…just be yourself! That yourself must be a confident and happy person, with the intelligence and the diplomatic skills necessary to deal with all sort of public.
Professionally I’ve climb the highest mountains, and it’s been a long while now since I was a “wannabe”, but I haven’t forgot it…I am here to moderate (and feel very proud of this opportunity :) ) and to give support to all of you with any question (as far as you don’t get to personal).

Yeah, I've felt for some time now that it was important to get someone on-board with the moderating (aka Dark!) side of the forum from the Cabin Crew fraternity.

Xenia has always impressed me with her cool, controlled style, her sense of humour, and most importantly her tact and touch when helping to defuse contentious threads. Plus she has a great deal of valuable experience, having worked for several airlines, experience I'm sure will benefit all the wannabe's in here.

So, we're all very pleased to say "Hello, Xenia!" None more so than me, 'cos I now get to play good-cop/bad-cop with her! <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> Also, I can now slip out of this tight pencil skirt and into something a little more comfortable!

I'm sure you'll enjoy the new role Xenia... a warm, heartfelt WELCOME! to ya!
