Looking to buy an FNPT 2 MCC for an AS365. Any ideas who can make them that are JAA approved? Price? Devlivery time?

I've heard FRASCA can do it for the EC135 and they are JAA approved. Maybe they can assist you with the AS365...

Frasca to Build EC135 for German Bundespolizei
As a result of a competitive request for proposals, Frasca International has been awarded a contract to build an EC135 T2 Flight Navigation Procedures Trainer (FNTP) by NAMSA (NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency) for the German Bundespolizei. The FNPT will be qualified as a JAR STD FNPT III-MCC. The FNPT will include a high fidelity EC 135 T2 cockpit equipped with EFIS, moving map display, and GPS. Other features include Frasca’s TruVision visual system with a wide field of view display system and a large real world database including the Bonn and Cologne area. The FNPT will also provide the pilot with realistic vibration cues by mounting the FNPT cockpit on an electric vibration platform. The FNPT will be installed in Sankt Augustin Germany. You have to found JAA approved training organization for that course. Do not worry about the simulators or any other methods. Of course, if you want to do your course especially in AS 365 simulator, you can try example Airlift.no. They use Helisims AS365N2 Level D simulator in Marseille, like all other training organizations. That's only AS365 simulator in Europe.

Good luck!:ok:

Tolasudulsa, Tiger Helicopters dont have the A109 simulator anymore. It got re-possessed by the owner last summer.

It is now down at Veritair Aviation Academy in Cardiff. They do all the courses there that you want.

There's an ad running on this forum - you can get the details from this.

There's a company in Spain that do good sims as well - the name escapes me right now, but it begins with Es..... They seemed to have a good product when I spoke with them. Certainly better than many European products
