I have used them for sleeping don't know about anyone else!!!! Found them very good, very much like the 'coffins' on 400s, have your own curtain and light so you can read if you want. Would now rather do long range on 777s than 400s.

Hi all,
While we are talking about rest areas what is your rest area like ?
or
Do you even have a rest area or do you just sit on the containers!!?
If you do long haul what sort of break do you get?
I do DUB to LAX and get 3 hours break(planned duty 13:15mins) and sit on a pax seat with 5 other ccm ,with a curtain around 8 seats provides a lovely peep show for the paxs!!
trixy.

:p

Kids alwys seem to think its somewhere to go for Hide&Seek. Then there are the pax who think its a place to stand for a loud chat with their mates as it won't wake the wife up! I love the bored men who think its great to look over the curtain at the sleeping crew(For about 10 minutes, are we going to start doing kniky stuff?).
"Sorry can I help you?"
"I was wondering what was in there"
"Its a crew area so it is off limits to passengers"
"Shouldn't you be working not sleeping?"...at this point I have to control my agressive streak, bad for image apparently!!
