Well, I've got them on my hands and feet already!

I used to take Pernivit but this is no longer available, anyone know why?

Any suggestions for remedy or alleviation, please?

The old fashioned remedy was to stick your digits in a fresh p*ss pot, but it was probably the warmth that did more good than the urine.

If they are a real problem, see your quack for an accurate diagnosis, and a more modern treatment.

I thought that 'remedy' was for athlete's foot!

It works for warts too.

It has to be a well blistered p*ss pot.:)

In all seriousness, if the chillblains are affecting your quality of life, drugs to help with circulation, may help, the alternative is to just keep warm.
