Extensive Fire in East London today

Guys,

Couldn't find an existing thread on this - was there any major impact on flights around london today because of the Warehouse fire in the East End? At one point it looked to be blowing straight across the LHR flightpath, and around City as well.

Reading the article - i'd disagree that they were unaffected, as I drove through Greenwich I watched aircraft breaking off approaches (a la Buncefield), hence why I put it in the Rumours forum. Oh well, can't have been that serious then.

The fire was at the Olympic site and ATC were well in control.
