Gentlemen,

Our flight department out of Midway is expanding into the European market and our board has bought shares on a European AOC holder. We now the US market quiet well abut don't want to ruin our reputation on the European market right a way.

Operating with Legacy 600 out of Germany we would like to know what you feel about a decent pay scheme for such an aircraft.

Any feedback from you is appreciated.

Tks

Hi !
Without knowing the Legacy but flying on a comparable birdy i would say reasonable CPT pay in Germany would start of at about €90000 a year and for FO at about €45000. Plus per diem.
I think these are quite good numbers.

That seems a bit low to me although granted salaries are higher in the UK than Germany. Even so, 90k for a Legacy? I think you may struggle to find crew.

looks like we were not far off.
