Beware re the previous post " A school a little bigger than HGFC" Bigger is not necessarily better. Yes you may have a fancy badge and uniform at a "Bigger " school, but you will also be waiting for the bigger aeroplanes in your little traininhg aeroplane. Added to which some schools take on more students than they can necessarily cope with. I have been at The Flight Centre and have no qualms about it whatsoever. The standard of instruction is excellent and the Twinstar is a dream to fly. Halfpenny Green is a small friendly airfield, you can get done what you need to and at the same time will be more than familiar with the routes/airfields you need to be during the IR.

Best thing you can do is to visit both set ups and speak to those there including students.
