AA B737 lost pressurization system a few days ago on a flight from KLIA to LGK. A lot of people ended up without oxygen due to a high number of faulty oxygen generators and PSUs. Not a word about it in the papers...
AA safety standard is not low because that word is not in their dictionary.:yuk:
Would a sane pilot cycle the undercarriage up to 3 times after take-off on 3 out of 4 sectors? Is that a new normal procedure written by Airbus for AA?
Good on you boys. Keep it coming...

Perhaps he is cooling the landing gear due to long taxi:8, I heard that one recently. perhaps its filtered over there to AA:=

Perhaps he is cooling the landing gear due to long taxi:8,
I would've thought leaving the gear extended rather than cycling would cool them better.:confused:Unless of course they're using the 'teh tarik' technique for cooling ;)

Yes indeed maybe someone should suggest that ey,,

Where does this AA B737 come from?

Thought all AA flights from KLIA is A320?

Hmmm..... something fishy here:confused:

There is one B737 in JHB.., maybe that's the reason why CC resigned - bailed out before some pax take AA to the court..

....'cooling the landing gear after take off' :}, ha ha I like that one. Actually, there was a problem with landing gear retraction, but grounding of that aircraft would have caused a delay... :=. Hope that you guys get some danger money from Dandy, the luck will run out one day...

Sorry but who is CC?

Dear All,

For fear of the "HATRED OF aa" Party line from 420, chrome and cohorts:{ I will not post a reply but don't feel alone in my thoughts as others have posted here my sentiments and observations in the previous threads.

cant have been a 737 then unless this was a flying gas tank:confused:

There're no B737 flights out of KUL, we're all Airbus now. I'm not sure what happened or if it DID happen but if there are a lot of pax with no oxygen, I'm sure no spin doctors in the world would be good enough to cover it up. The explanation requiring the fewest assumptions is most likely to be correct.

CC was the HR boss and has been with AK since the start but he was asked to leave when he tried to make dealings without the boss' knowledge. Unlike in MAS where the upper know nothing as the middle management make money for themselves and rotting the company dry, it won't and can't happen in AirAsia.

A word to the newbie, AirAsia is AK or AXM. Get the basics right first before you try cooking up rumors you can't handle.

CAPTAIN WOOBLAH

Again more misinformation from chrome. CC was not there from day one. Day one started in tune air. CC was not involved in tune air and you Mr. Newbie don't even know who was there. You really don't know much about how your company started do you ?

So this means that you are accusing CC of corruption and skimming from the company. I would be a bit careful there !!!!

Wooblah.

P.S. Perhaps your buddy 420 would care to comment.

Why should I be careful when I am not providing false information. And one main thing I learnt from you is that making accusations and misleading others with so-called inside information is acceptable and will go unpunished. Mr Ketam, don't tell me to walk straight ok? While you go on about with just rumours and emotion, I have the information and sincerity here because I have access to it and trying to provide the correct, more accurate picture for all to consider. The company's not the best employers and I do have run-ins with the management time and again as well but which pilot doesn't?

Well if you want to be so accurate then of course he didn't join from Day One which is with DRB-Hicom. But CC joined AirAsia in 2002 when TF took over. I didn't say he was involved with Tune Air because he wasn't employed by Tune Air. Tune Air is just the holding company consisting of the founder members of the airline AND 1 receptionist which bought the airline from the Government for RM1 and millions of debt. The current AirAsia started operations early January 2002 with its own staff, not Tune Air's.

Looks like you're getting a bit emotional here since I called your troll a newbie but over 4 years in the company doesn't make me the newbie. I don't profess of knowing everything about the company as I missed the first 1.5 years of operations. But I am wondering how can an outsider like you funnily profess to know everything about AirAsia? I am enjoying this tembaking session of yours. Indeed desperate times require desperate measures and I understand an old commander like you need to show you're in control and knows everything :}

PS - I don't know who 420 is or whether he should comment but I am pretty sure he's a newbie ;)

CAPTAIN WOOBLAH

Chrome,

Wrong again. Leave DRB days out, dandie fernandie was not there.

Company was bought for Rm 2, Rm 1 for the ordinary shares and 1 for the preferential shares approx 0.25% remained with mofaz.

Debt was Rm140 and a bit million and it was split in half DRB absorbing half of it (The government)

Tune air staff were absorbed in the senior management of scare asia and were the ones that turned the company around. (Dandie was on his stewardess and entertainment binge hence his failed marriage)

Operations commenced from Subang and management was in the DRB building before it was moved to APEC Subang. After just under a year the entire operation was moved to KLIA. This is where CC came in. The receptionist you refer to was kimie dandies PA.

I have no Trolls my little sister but I am sure you are dandies gimp.

Get your facts straight for once,

Wooblah.

*Thread Creep*

Correct. I remember when CC joined. And now good riddance. An 'Employee Handbook' of an airline is not supposed to be a few pages of A4 size paper stapled together (lets not get started on the content) and what kind of 'lawyer' creates illegal and down right unethical bonding agreements for a company?

But AK's life story does not relate to the claimed 737 loss of PX that is the subject of this thread. Any news from the papers or internally?

QNH1013,
If you want to get a first hand info on decomp try to get in touch with capt. S...k, as he was a commander of the above mentioned flight. :ok:

OOpppsss,

Seems to be photos of aa B733's landing at KLIA 16th Nov on the other thread. Guess chrome mixed up his years. Come to think of it I have seen 73's taxing around there. Next time I must look carefully with camera in hand.

those 737's that you "saw" were from other hubs ding dong.

we DO have hubs you know... i've let chrome (since suddenly you have proclaimed us to be buddy's,more tembaking and false judgement as always) do all the talking so far but guess he's to busy to do the talking for now.

LISTEN GOOD...

NO MORE B737 flights OUT OF KUL! and we DO NOT have a hub in lgk so there cant be a flight from KUL to LGK. ok? we have 7 flights a day (:D) to lgk and all are a320. the 737 pic that you "saw" was probably from jb,kch,or kk or even maybe thai or indo a/c

dear stealthone... watch it when u quote names... there's tembaking which is irritating but morally ok. but u better watch the facts b4 quoting names:*

hmmm... but wooblah seems to know his stuff. Im guessing 2 things. He hasn't got a life and a wife, or perhaps he got himself really messed up when he once was an AK staff (perhaps maybe even an instructor) and was fired cos of his mistake and ran off to MAS. which explains his constant spite :E

I REALLY THINK THERE IS NO NEED TO ARGUE IF IT HAPPENED OR NOT.

COME ON WE ALL KNOW AA STANDARDS AND HOW THEY OPERATE,ITS NOT A SECRET.

But I really think we cant blame the AK pilots for sub standard operation and incidents of the years.

firstly.

-they are paid like BUS DRIVERS
-treated like BUS DRIVERS
-they are trained like BUS DRIVERS

so the end product is a BUSDRIVER IN A BUS COMPANY

the only award i can think of for TONY N CO is....

MALAYSIAS' BUS COMPANY OF THE YEAR 2007:D
