Medical Flight Test

Hi

I am just after some information regarding the Medical Flight Test at PPL or CPL level.

Has anyone (depending on the circumstances) taken one of these tests? What did it consist of?

If you pass this is there a restriction placed on your license and does anyone (other authority etc) know that you ever took an MFT?
