can please somebody tell me again how to reset the browsers to be able to connect again with ek crew portal?

on the login page, simply click on the 'for assistance click here' - all will be revealed :ok:

If that doesn't work for you:
If you are a Mac user, go to the Safari Menu, (next to the 'apple', top left when your browser is open) and select "reset safari". Then log into the crew site as you would normally do. Alternatively, (or, if you are a Windows user), you can browse to https://flightcrewportal.emirates.com/crewportal and make it your favourite (or bookmark), deleting the old site. OR there is info on a complicated fix for Windows on the homepage of the portal (use somebody eles's computer to get there!).
