hi can anyone recomend an excellent ent doctor near brighton and gatwick????

You could go and see one of the CAA AMEs based at Gatwick - they will have the aeromedical experience that a normal ENT guy won't have.
Alternatively, you could do a search for the local BUPA hospital (they have recently been acquired by a company called Spire Heathcare so have re-branded) and you should be able to look for details of their resident ENT people on the website.
Warning though, thses guys are surgeons so will be mainly focused on a surgical solution to whatever problem you bring to them. They can also give you advice on decongestants, steam inhalation, nasal sprays etc. as your GP can but if you are experiencing ear trouble there is a possibility that it is being caused by factors that your ENT specialist can't help you with..e.g diet, lifestyle, neck problems etc.
