Is there anyone out there that knows of any Airline that
flys from the UK to Tivat direct or any charter airlines.

Give us a clue. Where TH is TIVAT? I'll start- Kazakhstan? Bet it's in a -stan of some sort.

A quick look at wikipedia may help: Tivat Airport (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tivat_Airport) - seems to be one of 2 public airports in Montenegro. Doesn't appear to be any UK flights though.

Tivat (TIV) is in Montenegro. And I don't think anyone, charter or schedule flies there direct from the UK. No direct flights to the other airport Podgorica (TGD) either. I would say Dubrovnik (DBV) would be the nearest airport you could fly to direct from the UK.
Easiest way (and almost certainly the cheapest) to get to Tivat is with JAT, there is a direct flight from London to Belgrade and then a short hop over to Tivat.
