My favourite is the command line tool RoboCopy, but SyncToy (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/prophoto/synctoy.mspx) is friendlier. It can work in different modes, including one way (backup) or 2-way (sync), which I use to replicate "My Documents" between two computers via a Share.
