Trying Again for CX

Hello, Last time I went through the CX interview process you were all a great help!! Now I must ask for it again. August 2006 I did my first interview with CX in Vancouver, It went really well and I was asked to round two in Hong Kong. I had a blast for the week I was in HK and thought I did well over the two day interview process. I knew I could have done a little better and I think CX did too. When I returned to Canada and called CX I was expecting a yes answer but knew it could also be a no. Instead I got a third answer, your file has been put on hold. I asked what did that mean and was told that it was a no for now but I could expect another round two interview in 12-18 months. It will be 12 months in November and was looking for help from anyone who has done this before.

PS. I was told that CX changed the content of the interview, is this true. I was hoping not to have to start from scratch.

I dont know if the 2nd round interviews have changed. I do know that the CoS has changed and NOT for the better. Just so that you dont get dissapointed. Anyways if CX is your dream - then good luck to you buddy.

I heard that they still require people to interview this year. So perhaps it would be worth calling Monica and asking her how to go about organising the 2nd interview.
