Hi,

I would be greatful if some users could share their vast knowladge and point me in the direction of psychometric tests, mainly those used for pilot interviews. Anything online would be great, but if you know any good books I would like to hear about those also!

Thanks in advance,

EpsilonVaz

Hi Matey,
The Times produce a CD-ROM of psycobabble tests available from Amazon, it will help start getting you head working even if it is not totally representative of airline type tests.
cheers

another option is to check out your local Police recruiting website. Our one has examples, and good links to other tests.

The tests I did for Police recruit were almost identical to the Air Force tests.

My advice would be to seek professional help from somebody who regularly conducts interviews for companies e.g A recruimant consultant. Chances are you probably know someone who does this and you will be able to get it at a knock down price or maybe free.

I did this for the Irish Air Corps test and I wouldn't say I breezed through the psychometrics but I did feel confident about it and the couple of sessions I had with a professional really paid off.

My top tip.
