Given: Right to work in the EU
FAA ATP/HKATPL license
Question: When the bases go onshore in Europe, will the local authorities have any issues with anyone living in the country under their tax rules and flying under the auspices of a foreign licence? It certainly is a question for myself in the future. Has this bridge been crossed under the current system and what are the future considerations (i.e. COS'08)?
My thought is given the fact that they are still HK registered aircraft, it would be okay.
Thanks.
