Hi DD,
I'm not sure if it is to far away from you but I know that BRS are desperate for dispatchers of any form. The conditions there are generally pretty good and the wages good also. It'll be a busy summer with Go starting so there will be plenty of opportunities for everyone....

Servisair LGW is a good place to start. Best non airline pay there is. Try the website
www.servisair.com (http://www.servisair.com) if you have no joy there drop me an e-mail and I'll give you some ctc details.
Good luck
mzfw,
Can you go straight in with Servisair as a Dispatcher?
I have had alot of airline experience, ramp and passenger service, whats my chances?
No Dispatch experience though!
Sorry to nick your post Desk Driver!

Could someone please tell me what BRS stands for and if they have a web site/address? I am a former pilot looking for ground work in the UK, and would like to submit a CV.
