Hello,

As an Irish friend of mine is considering a career as an airline pilot and I did my training in Germany pre-JAR, I was wondering if any of you guys can recommend an up to date book/guide on how to become an airline pilot that would give him an insight besides my humble advice.

Clive Hughes book : Guide to Becoming a Professional Pilot . Not a cheap book but very good.
