air contractors

hi guys. i'm a brend new atr type rated pilot, few weeks ago i did an interview with air contractors, and they sent me feedback of it few days later saying that the interview was really good and so on but for training constraint they coulden't offer me a job at least for the next 6 month- 1 year.
do anybody know what's goin on on that airline?
any other suggestion where to look for a job on atr?
