AIN reporting that FAA have moved from suspending AMI's part 135 licence, to now revoking it:

TAG USA's website says it "acts as appointed agent for AMI".
FAA says 'oh no, you were not an agent ...you were ultimately calling all the shots'
Prepare for one unholy row about foreign ownership...

Much worse with probably 300 employees made redundant. Hopefully many of the pilots will be hired by the owners of the managed aircraft.
