Hi Everybody,

I am currently in the process of finishing JAA ATPL's through a distance learning college in Western Australia and have been flying in Australia on a PPL. I will soon be ready to undertake my CPL training and test and I have the option to do this in Western Australia as opposed to the UK.

I would appreciate some oppinions as to whether or not this would incur any penalty in the eyes of potential employers as financially the savings are substantial.

Also, I realise that GA is not that large in the UK, as such would regional and larger airlines recognise the hours we acrue in Australia in GA (c206 and 210 time) for example?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Regards

Jon
