Need help with Lear 60 Contract Rates

I would appreciate some feedback on the prevailing daily rates for Lear 60 in Europe. If anyone has rates for longer terms, i.e. one month rate and two month rate I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, how do you handle per diem? Fixed daily rate and does it vary by city?
