Anyone out there use PPS for flight planning?

What is it like on a daily basis, any gremlins / moans.

Whats the support like?

Used to use it years ago. Found it quite good and Commercial also ran Charter Quotes off it. Was quite accurate but always had problems when the monthly updates came along. Also downloading met was a problem at certain times during the "wee sma hoors".

Support was mostly OK at the end of a phone - (unless it was another of the many public holidays in Denmark)

Senior Support staff very knowledgable.

Very good system if you have a budget to stick to. Could do with a windows update though. :p
