If your going for an OPS job, then GOOD LUCK!

Tips for the interview :

Say you get off on listening to the HF.

Mention you like fresh air, because you'll spend most of your time walking between OPS and the crew room.

Say your on a diet, because you'll never get a lunch break here.

Enjoy

Lala,
I believe to interview someone for easyJet, you actually have to work for them, and not Air Foyle! http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/eek.gif

Can I ask a question that may sound far to sensible for this thread - Easy Interviews seems to be a common question on this forum. Does the Tangoman really have a high turnover of staff, and if so why so ? Or are they really recruiting enough staff to control the Chinese Airforce ???
Honest answers would be apreciated

No we don't have a very high turnover, but we have had a number of the Ops bods move to internal promotions and we are recruiting to replace them and also to have the staff to cope with our future expansion.

Currently, the Network Management Centre duty shift consists of 1 Ops Controller, 1 Ops Officer, 1 ATC Slot Coordinator, 2 Crewing Officers, 1 Airport Liaison, 1 Maintenance Controller and 1 Assistant.
