Tempted bythe Orange broadband & home phone package but not sure about the reliability of the 'second line' feature - this is the one with the free international and Orange mobile calls. It uses VOIP for the second line and if it's anything like my Skype connection it is not what you would call reliable. Anyone out there using Orange Home? With good results?

I used Orange and from my own personal experience, and that of others, I would certainly not recommend them as an ISP. I think they were voted as one of the worst ISPs in the UK and their customer service is beyond crap. In fact it reaches a whole new dimension of crap the likes I have never witnessed before. Most of my problems stemmed from the fact that I am moving back to old blightly in a month and had to terminate my contract early. After two weeks of trying to talk to the "right" person I finally got it sorted, oh and the fact I mentioned legal action. Previously when I had some issues with the line they were also remarkably unhelpful. I have heard from friends in the UK that the situation is not better. I will certainly not be using them when I set up on my return.

Thanks Lazy Gun, I think I will steer clear. Good luck with the move.

just signed up . The deal looks good

BUT I cant get a wirless connection to the livebox looks like a compatability problem between my USB adaptor and the roter settings .
Because the adaptor didnt come from Orange they wont help !
Im running Vista which may be an issue , the devices see each other BUT I can get to the Internet .
It works fine with an RJ45 cable !!
