Where to start, we the Pilots sometimes do not get the opportunity to express our true ideas to management but now that we´ll have a new Ceo as of Nov 1st, we thoght this could be an excellent channel maybe to reach Capt Kay Kratky, yes we know you gave us the opportunity during the initial 3 meetings but there are some new characters around that would look at these comments as going against their plans and repraisals would be their solution, we all know the 2 Capts from So Africa...
We do not understand why the necessary steps toward filling the cockpits are not in place,
Is it because it´s much cheaper to have 3 Aircrafts parked for lack of pilots and loose all the Freight Customers on the original plans to Companies that can provide a service we can not, rather than just raise salaries according to Industry standards, get rid of the Chinese Tax to our salaries, Deposit or salaries in the Bank of our choice anywhere in the world, Comuting contracts, interline agreements or tickets to go home, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance and a Retirement Fund an ofcouse we know it can not be done all at once but the necessary steps must be taken toward this goal.. Do not misunderstand what we are saying we do no want to Break the Company that provides our Livelihood and our Families, but this is the only solution to the Company´s lack of pilots, yes We know the Company was succesfull at the last assesment and maybe to the ones to come in getting more takers but these guys won´t stay here for a long time once they get current or better yet get a shiny B744 type, the Company will loose them to Air China Great Wall Cathay Pacific, Asiana,Korean,Ana,Japan, and the list goes on and on some of these Companies will go far as paying for the bond to the previous employer.
And we must not forget the anxiety of just thinking that the Company may end up closing all together this is forcing many of us to look for a more stable place to work even if improvements are made toward the before mentioned.
So please take our words seriously we want to make this Company a success for us and the Investors as well but time is running out...

I agree , conditions must be improved in your company, I was told one of your guys was caught by German’s authorities smuggling cigarettes and watches it is so embarrassing for all of you that this kind of salary compensation becomes necessary.
