I currenly have a single pilot/single aircraft Part 135 certificate. I own the airplane I fly. I'm considering selling it and leasing back another aircraft for charter, which I will also manage and fly for the owners on a Part 91 basis. Any suggestions about where to get info about how to structure such an agreement? Also how to price the services (aircraft management, pilot services, charter revenue split, etc.)?
