Hi all,
does netjeteurope has an AOC?? I heard that netjet in europe are portuguese company just because, portugal is the only state that allow the fractional owenrship, is it true??

yes it was true 10 years ago but also its a state which allowed them to operated almost 10 years within Europe but with tax and social contribution off shore, and allowed them to be the larger Commercial businessjet operator without Pilots employed by the AOC holder except the Portugueses very recently !
