I Would Like To Know How The Blade Pitch Can Change In The Hamilton Standard 14rf-21 Propellers.

It is done via a double-acting hydraulic piston in the dome of the hub.

This does not cover the Beta control range, but you may be able to find more info elsewhere for that.
