Could it be Astraeus ?? "if you meet the criteria someone will be in touch"...Mmmmm that comment rings a few bells somewhere !!. .. .Why all the secrecy anyway? Thought aviation was an open industry, it was back in the early 80's anyway !!

Heard from a friend in UK that BMED have just lost a staff member and are looking for an Ops Controller. Guess you contact ground ops manager for info, I am sure someone from this airline will reply if the info is correct.

It's a bit pathetic really when all is considered. I mean, a vacancy comes up, and yet there is so much secrecy about it that the thread starter hasn't said anymore since 19th March. You would think that in todays climate, we would all rally together. I have to ask the question but what would it be like working for this outfit if secrecy is the word ??

Yes you would think in this climate we would all pull together, but it would appear them thats got jobs dont really give a t-ss for us that aint.I have sent out so many C.V.s and received nothing back that I am pretty peed off.How long does it take to send an Email? and how much does it cost?. Even if its to say thanks but no thanks, at least its an aknowledgement that I excist.I have also contacted a few ex freinds, who have not even had the good grace to reply. Maybe the old saying" a friend in need is a pain in the arse" is true. The only ray of hope is that at least some ppruners have tried to help(thanks to one and all). .So come on all members of the Ops/Crewing fratternity lets help each other out !!!!!
