Any information as to why Flightline has a current AOC / Operations suspension?

Jackal,

Your post is totally false. Take a look at the Eurocontrol system and you will see a whole page of flights operating under FLT flight numbers which obviously cannot happen if the AOC IS SUSPENDED.

Understand they are being recertified and are now flying, but more than one operational incident occurred recently and the CAA visited them demanding inspection and Line Checks for all pilots. The AOC was suspended at least for a few days while a plan was made.

Jet Jackal,

Again, you are wrong, they have been flying normally all summer and flew normally yesterday and today. AOC has not been suspended for any period of time.

This is a false rumour no doubt put about by some disgruntled pilot. At no time have Flightline had their AOC suspended. Before people start any subjects they should check out the facts first.

OK. Guess people who work there didn't notice the UK CAA crawling all over the place and issuing Line Checks to all the flight crews.

Anyone else have any info?

Nothing wrong with FLT, I used to worked for them and they are a safe non risk taking airline.

Seems a snowball effect has taken place and as always, people expect the worse :uhoh::ouch:

Thanks for the info. Guess that started the ball rolling. Other incidents lately have also been relayed to me by relyable sources that the CAA is aware of and the UK CAA is Line Checking the flight crews and apparantly looking into their training program.

Standard stuff once you attact attention.
