Just read a good article in Airliner's Magazine about Indigo. From the article it sounded like in their opinion that Indigo was one of the better LCC operators out there. Ashby sounded quite confident that Indigo will make it through the end and isn't looking to consolidate like Kingfisher and Deccan.

On a side note, I have been looking for info for some of the SO questions but no luck yet. Perhaps you guys might have more info on that. I do know that HR will talk to ICPilot, but not sure on the exact agreements in place, again might be a q's for someone else.

But there a lot of agencies that are looking for mostly FOs, but a few offer the SO way. And DEC are needed as well.

I'm not an expert (and didn't see the article), but people around here speak well of the working conditions at Indigo. I was at USAir (ways) when Ashby and Gangwal were there, though, and I wouldn't trust either one as far as I could throw them.
