Does FR hire senior F/O's without JAA license? Do they hire people with any ICAO ATP license as long as the applicant has a 737 type on his license?
If so, whom do I have to get in touch with for more information?

Yes they hire non JAA rated pilots but you have to convert to JAA within 1 year, you must also have the right to work in the EU (EU passport or work permit).
Contact them directly or Brookfield aviation (the broker that manages their contractors).
