Twin time in the North West

Hi folks,

Looking to do some twin time to keep my hours up. Anyone know of any cheap a/c up in the North West. Also maybe if someone needs a safety pilot i'm your man as I know hiring a twin for single pilot use can be difficult due to insurance.
