Just a thought heard on the radio tonight
a guy wouldn't shut off his mobile phone on an EI flight from MAN-DUB recently.
The cabin crew told him and he wouldn't and he stood up when the pilot came back and shook his fist at him and threaten the pilot.
He was given a fine of IEP300.00 and wrote an apology to the crew and THAT'S ALL!!!!!!
With the verdicts like this threatening safety of the other passengers what can be done to lobby the courts here for more assertive action.
In the US the courts are alot more strict on these type incidents even before Sept 11th.
We need a strong pilot lobby group to protect us from these stupid people. :mad: :mad: :mad:
