Titan Airways - Any opinions?

Titan Airways is a wet-lease operator providing Boeing 737-300 and Bae-146QCs to airlines and corporations needing lift - I have seen its website, so I am somewhat familiar.

Does anyone out there either fly for this operation or know someone who does? If so, any idea about the conditions, morale, flight regimes, future growth?

Do people enjoy flying for Titan? Is that type of flying (wet-lease) desirable (ie no fixed schedule)?
