where to do JAA CPL in Florida?OBA,PHOENIXEAST,DELTA

has anybody any experience with these 3 flying schools and their JAA CPL program please?
what do you thing especially about PHOENIXEAST and DELTA Connection Academy? Is it a good and safe place to be?

Delta finished the JAA program a while back. I was the last to go through the ground school and I had to finish my MEP CPL at OFT. I think Orlando Flight training in Kissimmee offer the whole program now..They wernt too bad..
