The MD states that no one is to blame, and no one will be held responsable, and the 100kUS is just an unfortunate write off.
The accounts department for the first time, ever, in almost one year, decide to have a blitz, and the office assistant, has not logged the petty cash.
As she had no guiance from the company, the MD or the accountant, I find this disgusting, but perhaps typical of the new management style.
The error is deducted from her salary.
Now lets talk of motivation.
My resignation is being typed out and will be delivered tomorrow.
