HI Every One,
I am 34 years old and like to become a pilot.could anyone tell me is it good to become a pilot in this age and if anybody nows if there is good and cheap flying school in uk or anywhere else. are there good apportunities for pilots. I shall be very thankful for feedback. jamal.

There are very good opportunities but please remove the word "cheap" from your vocabulary as this is aviation. :)

Or rather, remove it when associated with 'good'.

Aviation does "bad and cheap" quite well, including flying schools, maintenance.....

Oh, all right then, "Bad and relatively cheap".

Hi Jamal

Depending on where you are and what you may have already done, there are good professional schools in most parts of the UK.

If you are on the Midlands, for example, you can do PPL though CPL/IR and MCC at the flight centre Halfpenny Green Wolverhampton.

There are some like Oxford that do part of the training in US but look at prices overall. An average starting price is £50k and , yes, at your age there will be jobs going! Allow 18 months minimum
