hi guys,

ive recently read some articles about the chinese aviation university having in the region of 2500 students waiting to graduate! if this is an accurate article, is this likely to have an adverse effect on employment prospects for the rest of us?
im only at the early stages of getting on the ladder, but if these 'factories' in the east are going to be flooding the market...what is the hope!?

They will graduate over the course of a number of years, not all at once.
Most of them will not speak proficient English.
None of them will be allowed to leave the country for employment elsewhere.
This is still China, the government pays, they decide your life.
No worries, they will all be employed within domestic China.

All the above is correct. I know from working at China Southern West Australian Flying College that the cadets are bonded for around 15 years.
